The middle of the first week of September!

Are you still with me? YAY!

I am, and I'm very happy about that.

Today is
the National Wildlife Day - so let's watch some nature documentaries
the macadamia nut day - so let's bake something with macadamia nuts
and the paperboy day - so let's make something with newspapers, and a paperboy hat.

Watch The Jungle Book this day.

100 pushups
I can't do one pushup, so it's column 1 for me. 3-4-2-3-4+ - 60 seconds rest between sets

20 pullups
I can't do any, so it's week -2 for me :-D
It's five sets of 1 negative pullup with 90 seconds rest inbetween.

And don't forget the split!
