Learn CPR and first aid
I think the best way to do this is to take a course by Red Cross
I basically know already all of this, but I feel a bit uncertain, so it doesn't harm to keep the skills up.

Be fruitarian
Now, to me Fruitarian means eating things that won't kill anything or anyone.
Which doesn't only mean fruit, seeds and nuts, but also milk and eggs.

Learn to make charkuterie
It is actually pretty easy to become a charcutier. You just have to follow a recipe. I am good at following recipes.
The difficulty here is to do it.
On my list a "well defined, realistic goal" is to make my own sausage and serve it on a dinner party to my family.
I suppose the steps here are like with the baking... take a cookbook, start from page 1 and finish in the end.
Top 5 Charcuterie Cookbooks
I have Ruhlman, so I think I'm good.

Know 50 languages when I'm 50
And didn't do much.
I can't say I did nothing, because I have done. I know some languages, but only Finnish, Swedish and English as well as I want to. Now, I can read several other languages, and I know reading makes my language better, so I'm going to skip this goal, and change it into
Read a book in Russian, French and German
(Now, I could make it "know 50 languages a little by my 50th birthday".. :-D A little - how much? Count in 50 languages? I can do that.)
